Impurity Inspection£ºTo check with eyes if there is any impurities on the tape according to the standard of one yard every 5 yards
Tape & Plastic Core:There is no interstice between tape and plastic core.
Appearance of the Tape£ºNo scratch, dent, ripple, bulge, air bubble etc.
Fish Eye and Pinhole £ºTo check with eyes every one yard if there are fish eye and pinhole on the backing of tape and the topside of tape.
Instruction for Use£º
It is suggested that after sticking this tape and reflection frame should be put to oven and be heated to 70-90 ¡æ for 1~2 hours for warming up before being used on next process. |
